Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to find out if using Torvutatug Samrotecan together with Bevacizumab can help patients with advanced ovarian cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse, compared to using Bevacizumab by itself. This study is for patients whose cancer has not progressed after initial treatment with chemotherapy and Bevacizumab. Patients must test negative for HRD and have a specific folate receptor status confirmed by a test.
Description
This study is focused on patients with advanced ovarian cancer who have completed their first round of chemotherapy and Bevacizumab treatment without their cancer getting worse. The study will compare the effects of adding Torvutatug Samrotecan to Bevacizumab against using Bevacizumab alone. The goal is to see if the combination treatment can help patients live longer without their cancer progressing. To participate, patients must have a specific type of ovarian cancer and meet certain health criteria, including testing negative for HRD and having a confirmed folate receptor status.
