Program Overview
Researchers are testing a new treatment called belzutifan for adolescents with specific types of advanced solid tumors. These include rare cancers like pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PPGL), a type of cancer in hormone-producing cells of the adrenal glands; wild type gastrointestinal stromal tumors (wtGIST), which are cancers in the digestive tract without certain gene changes; and tumors linked to Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease, a genetic condition that can cause tumors. The study aims to see if belzutifan is safe and well-tolerated in these patients.
