Sponsor: SystImmune Inc.
ClinicalTrials ID:NCT07869836

Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well a new treatment, T-bren, works compared to standard chemotherapy in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer that expresses HER2 and has progressed after treatment with anti-PD-(L)1 therapy. The study will also assess the safety of T-bren.
Description
This is a global Phase 3 study where participants will be randomly assigned to receive either T-bren or standard platinum-based chemotherapy. The study is open-label, meaning both the participants and the researchers know which treatment is being given. It will take place at multiple centers worldwide and aims to determine if T-bren is more effective and safe compared to the standard treatment for patients with HER2-positive metastatic urothelial cancer.
