Sponsor: Nuvation Bio Inc.

Sponsor score: 60

ClinicalTrials ID:NCT07703436

This clinical trial is testing a new treatment, Safusidenib, for patients with Grade 2 or 3 IDH1-mutant glioma who have previously been treated with Vorasidenib but experienced disease progression. The study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Safusidenib in these patients.

Patient Parameters

Program Overview

The study involves up to 40 participants who have Grade 2 or 3 IDH1-mutant glioma, a type of brain tumor. These participants have had surgery and were treated with Vorasidenib, but their disease progressed. They are not in immediate need of chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The study will assess how safe and effective Safusidenib is for these patients.
