Study on [225Ac]Ac-FL-261 for Patients with Solid Tumors with High c-MET Levels
Sponsor: Full-Life Technologies UK Limited
ClinicalTrials ID:NCT07873450
This clinical trial is testing a new treatment called [225Ac]Ac-FL-261, which targets tumors with high levels of a protein called c-MET. The study aims to find a safe and effective dose for patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery.

Program Overview
This study is the first to test [225Ac]Ac-FL-261 in humans and involves multiple centers. It is open to participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have high levels of the c-MET protein. The study is divided into two phases: Phase 1 will determine the best dose through gradual increases, and Phase 2 will test the chosen dose in different groups based on tumor type.
Description
In Phase 1, the study will gradually increase the dose of [225Ac]Ac-FL-261 in patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (ns-NSCLC) to find the highest dose that can be tolerated. After this, two different dosing schedules will be compared to find the best one.
In Phase 2, the study will enroll patients with ns-NSCLC, colorectal cancer, head and neck cancer, and cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) into separate groups to see how effective the chosen dose is for each type of cancer.
