Global Study Comparing AMT-116 with Standard Treatment for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Sponsor: Multitude Therapeutics Inc.

Sponsor score: 0

ClinicalTrials ID:NCT07718737

This clinical trial is testing a new drug, AMT-116, to see if it works better than standard treatments for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has progressed after chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The study will also assess the safety of AMT-116.

Patient Parameters

Program Overview

This study is divided into two parts: Phase 2 and Phase 3. In Phase 2, researchers will determine which dose of AMT-116 is most effective for treating advanced non-squamous NSCLC and evaluate its safety. In Phase 3, AMT-116 will be compared to the treatment chosen by the study doctor to see which is more effective. Participants will receive either AMT-116 or the doctor's choice of treatment every two weeks until it is no longer beneficial or the disease progresses.
